Comic-Con@Home -- The Walking Dead News

The Walking Dead's Season 10 finale, which had been scheduled to air in April but was delayed due to post-production being shut down before completing the needed FX work, will now air on AMC October 4 at 9:00 PM. An extended first look with Lauren Cohan's return as Maggie can be seen in the trailer above.

Unfortunately due to the ongoing pandemic, for the first time since the series premiered, the newest season will not make its debut in October, again, due to the production shutdown. However, six episodes are scheduled to be produced in 2021 that will be considered part of Season 10, giving that season a total of 22 episodes, the most ever for the series.

But that doesn't mean the Fall will be devoid of zombies. AMC announced Fear the Walking Dead will return for its sixth season on October 11 at 9:00 PM. The trailer is below.

But wait, there's more. The latest series in the franchise, The Walking Dead: World Beyond which was also scheduled to make its debut in April, will now follow the Season 10 finale on October 4 at 10:00 PM. Check out the trailer.

A special episode of Talking Dead will air after the premiere discussing both episodes.
