★Spotify's Batman Unburied podcast has been renewed for a second season, with Winston Duke and Hasan Minhaj returning as Bruce Wayne/Batman and The Riddler, respectively.
★Peacock's newest comedy series Killing It, starring Craig Robinson, has been renewed for a second season.
★Peacock's Natasha Lyonne/Rian Johnson series Poker Face has added another big name to the cast: Ellen Barkin. Character and plot details are being kept under wraps.

★MTV has renewed The Challenge for Seasons 38 & 39, with 38 already in production in Argentina. TJ Lavin will return to host.
★Kevin Zegers is joining the cast of ABC's The Rookie: Feds as Brendon Acres who is just out of Quantico. Brendon’s got a lot to prove in his first posting – not least because his background as the lead on the long-running TV series 'Vampire Cop' means few people take him seriously. His years of method-actor training led not only to martial arts and gun skills, but also a master’s in computer science. Zegers recently starred in the ABC drama Rebel.
★The second season of Fuse's groundbreaking business series Sex Sells premieres Monday, June 29 at 11:00 PM. With the success of apps like OnlyFans, and sex-positivity further pushing into the mainstream, the opportunity to entrepreneurs to create success in sex-related industries is exploding. From visiting a strip club to find out just how much money the business actually makes, to discussing the benefits of forming a corporation with a clinical sex therapist specializing in intimacy, WeezyWTF and guests continue to unapologetically demystify and shine a light on the business of sex.
★Gordon Ramsay's latest US hit Next Level Chef is being adapted in the UK for ITV and its streaming service ITVX. It is set to begin airing in 2023. Ramsay will star with two other yet to be named judges.
★HBO has released official key art for Game of Thrones prequel series House of The Dragon. The image features Emma D’Arcy as Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen. The series will premiere August 21.
★HGTV has ordered an eight-episode docuseries, The Flipping El Moussas (working title), which will follow the personal and professional journey of newlyweds and real estate experts, Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae El Moussa. The show will document the couple as they tackle a house move, a major renovation and their emotional efforts to expand their family. Along the way, Tarek will bring Heather Rae into the fold of his flipping empire, as she becomes more involved in his business. The Flipping El Moussas is slated to premiere in 2023.
★BYUtv has renewed competition series Survivalists for a third season, and All-Round Champion for a fifth season.
MOVIE NEWS
★Nia Vardalos revealed on her Instagram account that production is currently underway in Greece on a third installment of My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Vardalos also announced that she is directing the film.
★Top Gun: Maverick has crossed the $900 million mark globally, earning $901.9 million in 25 days with the domestic total at $474.8 million and the international total at $427.1 million. It was just four days ago that the film crossed the $800 million mark making it Tom Cruise's biggest film ever. Cruise visited Korean over the weekend ahead of the film's opening there and fans were out in droves so it shouldn't be long before this becomes Cruise's first billion dollar movie.
★To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of Titanic, a newly remastered 3D 4K HDR high-frame rate version will be released internationally by Disney on February 10, 2023. Paramount has the domestic release rights and is expected to announce a release date soon.
